TSP Cathedral Stoker Cam - Stage 2
TEXAS SPEED & PERFORMANCE
Texas Speed Stage 2 Cathedral Stroker Camshaft
The Texas Speed Stage 2 Cathedral Stroker Camshaft is designed for 383 cubic-inch and larger LS engines equipped with cathedral-port cylinder heads. Its 238/253 duration, .644"/.632" lift, and 111 LSA are matched to the airflow demands and increased displacement of naturally aspirated stroker combinations.
Positioned between the more street-oriented Stage 1 and the maximum-performance Stage 3, this cam delivers aggressive midrange and upper-RPM performance for serious street and street/strip builds. Aftermarket cathedral-port cylinder heads and an upgraded intake manifold are strongly recommended to take full advantage of its performance potential.
Developed In-House by Texas Speed
Texas Speed camshafts are developed using an internal lobe-design process that allows our engineering team to match the cam profile to the intended engine displacement, cylinder-head airflow, valvetrain requirements, and operating range.
Camshaft and valvetrain behavior is evaluated through Spintron testing to help verify stability and control throughout the intended RPM range. This process allows Texas Speed to develop purpose-built camshafts for specific engine combinations instead of relying on generic lobe pairings.

Fitment & Important Notes
- This camshaft is designed for 383 cubic-inch and larger LS stroker combinations and is not intended as a general replacement cam for stock-displacement engines.
- Aftermarket cathedral-port cylinder heads and an upgraded intake manifold are strongly recommended.
- Upgraded valve springs and supporting valvetrain components are required for the .644"/.632" lift and aggressive lobe design.
- Custom tuning is required.
- Converter, rear gearing, compression ratio, exhaust, and induction requirements will depend on the complete engine and vehicle combination.
- This cam is more aggressive than the Stage 1 and should be matched with a performance-focused drivetrain and vehicle setup.
- Always verify piston-to-valve clearance, valve spring installed height, coil-bind clearance, retainer-to-seal clearance, pushrod length, and overall valvetrain geometry during installation.
